- 15 mins Foot Massage – A relaxing Ayurvedic stress relief technique, helps improve circulation and promotes relaxation
- 30 mins Kizhi Herbal Pouch Massage – A kizhi or herbal pouch massage is the authentic Ayurvedic version of a pain-relieving treatment. A combination of herbs chosen for their rejuvenating; analgesic properties are packed in a muslin ‘pouch’, dipped in pain relieving ayurvedic oil and applied to the body. This is designed to open the pores, allowing release of toxins
