Lately, I’ve been consulting with many women struggling with menopause – women who felt exhausted, overwhelmed, irritable, foggy, anxious, unable to sleep and disconnected from themselves. Many of them came to me after being told, “This is just part of aging.” But here’s what I’ve seen again and again – menopause does not have to feel like suffering. With the right support, understanding and individualized care, women can move through this transition feeling balanced, strong, clear and empowered. Watching my clients reclaim their energy, sleep deeply again, stabilize their moods and feel like themselves has been one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
Menopause is a natural biological transition but that does not mean the symptoms should be ignored. Hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, weight gain, anxiety, joint pain, brain fog, low libido, dryness, fatigue – these are common, but they are signals. Signals that the body is adjusting to profound hormonal shifts and needs deeper nourishment and regulation.
In Ayurveda, menopause is seen as a sacred and powerful phase of life. It marks the transition from the Pitta-driven, productive years into the Vata phase of wisdom, reflection, and inner strength. This is meant to be a time of refinement – not depletion.
However, most modern women enter menopause already depleted. Years of stress, irregular meals, poor sleep, overwork, emotional strain and hormonal disruptions accumulate. By the time natural hormonal decline begins, the nervous system and Vata is already aggravated. This is why symptoms can feel so intense.
Every woman’s body and experience of menopause is unique, which is why generic advice rarely works. True Ayurvedic care is personalized, from diet and daily routines to herbal support, gentle detox, gut health, sleep regulation, and Rasayana (rejuvenation) therapies – all aimed at balancing doshas, reducing inflammation and rebuilding vital energy.
When we reduce inflammation, stabilize Vata, cool excess Pitta and rebuild Ojas (vital essence), the body responds beautifully. I have seen women who were waking five times a night begin sleeping deeply again. Women with severe hot flashes experience dramatic reduction. Women struggling with anxiety feel calm and steady.
If you are struggling or even if you simply want to navigate this transition smoothly and prevent long-term imbalances like osteoporosis, metabolic issues or chronic inflammation – early support makes all the difference.
You do not have to “just tolerate” menopause. You deserve to feel balanced, energized, emotionally stable and well.

From menopause relief to the nurturing care at our Centre, here’s what our clients have shared:
Dr Deepika was so supporting in my menapause journey. I was suffering with night sweats and she was able to alleviate them immediately. I am now off herbs and srill no night sweats.
I recently had a consultation with Dr Deepika and it was such a wonderful experience. The way this centre works so holistically really works so well for me and connects many dots together; helping me understand how my seemingly random and unconnected health issues are actually all stemming from the same imbalance. Dr Deepika was so lovely, warm and welcoming and I very much enjoyed my time. I have been given some simple and very effective take home practices and natural medicines and I am so looking forward to my next treatments.
